Accounts on ArrCay.com are available with tiered subscription plans. Since people are addicted to the bigtech "free"-for-all model, the system default here is a free "starter" account - which is
very limited. I have no intention of selling user's data for training AI, etc. or otherwise violating users with corporate advertising plastered everywhere, so the free account here really is free. Still, there has to be some way to cover the costs of server resources (and my time involved in managing them) because those things aren't free. So after getting familiar with the system, most accounts will [hopefully] want the increased account resource limits that come with a subscription.
It's your data; paying for the storage/network resources is a way to guarantee that it remains yours.

IMPORTANT: Enter anything intelligent in the reason/why field. Most spam/fake/bot registration attempts come from gmail and yahoo addresses (and they don't bother reading this). I am NOT currently doing any further checks on registration attempts which fail to enter
something intelligent in the "reason for requesting an account" field - they are automatically denied. If your email address has been blacklisted contact support.
Account approval involves human intelligence and may take several days. A related donation or subscription payment will result in faster account approval. ;-)
